PRE-RACE & POST-RACE WARMTH

DON'T LEAVE YOUR JUMPERS ON THE BUS

All runners (regardless of distance) can leave a jumper with the RD that will be at your respective start lines.

DO NOT LEAVE IT ON THE BUS as we cannot guarantee that the specific bus will be returning to the finish village

There will be a designated area at the finish village for you to all leave your bags for a change of clothes in, to keep you warm after the race.

SHUTTLE BUSES

PARTICIPANTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE VILLAGE AND GET THEIR TIMING CHIPS AND/OR BIBS BEFORE GOING TO THEIR START LINE.

To streamline transport, shuttle buses will depart from Montefiore Road, just outside the Convention Centre and a short 500m walk from the village, to drop runners at their start lines in time for each race.

Transport is included in the ticket price for the 100 Miler and 34km distances. For all other distances, seats are $10 and must be pre-booked through the shop in the EventPlus registration system.

Because these venues cannot accommodate heavy traffic, we ask that you avoid using crew vehicles for start-line drop-offs to help keep the event sustainable and fair for the surrounding communities.
